What a Week-end!

It's been a pretty full on week-end, but it's been GREAT! We went out on the Quad bikes yesterday and today, and I tell you what- it was amazing! I've never actually ridden a bike by myself, not one with gears, anyway, but I loved the Quads. They will go ANYWHERE. (and I do mean ANYWHERE) I will post some of the photo's when I have a chance, we were doing some serious jumps and bundu-bashing (that's like going out in the middle of nowhere into ravines and rivers and stuff, for the non-saffas) and getting into the mud and dirt and all sorts. Yesterday we rode at Daytona and today we were at an abondoned mine dump. I am still blowing dust out of my nose, but it was worth it!

I fly to Cape Town to see my Mum and my other brother and family tomorrow. I will then also get to see the beach again, and the mountains and all the beautiful landscape. Also, it's flower season in the Namakwaland, so it will be the first time I get to see the flowers in bloom. I can't wait!
